Console

Found an easier quicker way to do this.

Step1: Go to a fishing boat
Step2: Go pally/dk 1 and then 2.
Step3: "cc_change_figure_height 15" in the console
Step4:Kill yourself at the edge of the boat (the sides)
Step5: The second your body touches the water you will start stretching.

Yea my friend doesn't care, he's the one who activated the gravity and I made everyone drown using a certain code. If everyone gets banned well too bad for them I guess.

anyway on topic wouldnt this be client sided? i mean they will see you but floating or glitching on water but not those would they? i dont want to test it.

They see everything. It's a combo of server sided console commands + a glitch.
