Need Help,account stolen

Hi,I bought an account (CrossFire) from @Kumail
One day, when I was playing , somebody whisper me in game and told me the account was a stolen account, and he will take it back.
Then,the next day when I try to log in it said my password was wrong and the email was changed! (and I didnt received any email because if I changed i would receive an email from 18).
Now,what I should do?I trust Kumail,but im left accountless.
I dont have the payment ID's so do I have any hope to get back the account?

He's a trustworthy member on MPGH,but who knows.
But I'm here to ask,is there any way to take back the account WITHOUT the payment ID?
