how do you convert gbx to lta

I found a really cool halo model but its in gbx what tools do I need? here is the pic of it it is the hayabusa armour from halo 3.

gbx is i think gearbox's own format...altho dont quote me on that

oh is it too big then, you can delete all the vehicle riding stuff that is part of it. rember halo has vehicles.
