they're font files.

No idea why it says hidden for you.

how do u add fonts to photoshop it gives u a file and wer do u put that file?

Shouldn't have bumped this..
Add the fonts to your fonts file in C:>Windows>Fonts
They will automatically be installed to Photoshop as well.
