Don't have the time to set for one person for those levels, aTm.
but why the hell do you want those skills maxed for? to get you just cooking id have to waste about what 8-40m on fish, so if I did cooking you'd have fishing as well. Not saying I wont, or at least give you a 60 in all but not right now.
