    can someone help me

    ok i have a virus called appcrash and it makes my app's not respown when i try and google for help the internet creshes..., and some start up stuff crashes/not respowns and some times Google chrome not respowns.For some reason, i did windows update defraged ,used cc cleaner, nothing worked...So i was wondering can someone help me? thanks

    i have avg but it keeps saying no possative and i like my letters but i might change cause of the reading part didnt think it threw

    sorry, this pc cant be repaied by reimage wile this program is running in the back ground :. please delet it and run again i took all the stuff off my back ground with task manager still says it
