Some programs don't have borders like paint.NET but it's easy to work around that.

thanks, im actually using photoshop cs3 extended would of put a border but dont know how lols, any1 got a link to tut on borders would greatly appreactiate-soz if i cant spell

New Layer>Image>Apply Image
Effects>Stroke>Pick a dark but not too dark color from the sig with eyedropper tool>Make the pixel size 1.
