Should I be able to run CA Lagless? Duo core 2.8 GHz 2GB ram DDR2 and Ati Radeon 4350 HD? All my settings are on LOW in my GFX menu and I lag in full games.. I pass recommended bt wtf.

If you pass recommended then you shouldn't lag. Although they do lie sometimes as I can play CA with a chipset and I lag just a tad.

Any faster than 60 FPS and the human eye literally cannot tell the difference. So if you run MW2 better than 40 FPS, CA will run fine..
