[0x30000090] Error

So I recently downloaded Combat Arms after stopping for awhile(For CoD editing for a few HUGE clans couldn't pass up the chance), Installed fine, but when I launch it it brings up hackshield but it gets stuck on it (Loading wise, it completes two bars then freezes) After a painfully long time I get this error "Failed to update protection modules! Error [0x30000090]" Uninstalled,restart, installed, Tried HSupdate but same thing happens, tried autoup it works but doesn't change anything, No firewall ,made exceptions, turned all things off that could interfere, NOTHING works, Any solutions? I may have to just sell my account if nothing works

Redownload but make sure to uninstall

First of all delete everything of combat arms.
Than turn-off you'r firewall/anti-virus.
Than re-install but install as admin
And run as admin

Did all of that, Admin makes Direct launch freeze
I'll try to do it with installing as admin and post results.
