Disabled due to the bugs... in connection with the site optimization .
Hopefully they'll return in another day when they're not buggy, causing lag and whatnot.
Even with it gone, the report system still exists, and any moderation requests should be made with the report system and not a mention to staff. It's original purpose was only tainted because people saw the mention system more efficient, when it isn't.
