hmm, i have 4gm ram on my 32bit. well, im having no lags playing with minimal graphycs, just delays on shooting, crouching and driving, that are really disturbing

Get 64 bit.

Ty mate... I have a nice rig, yet the game ran like I was running it on a Dreamcast. Got at least a extra +10 fps.
