    Please help me make a cool REZ mod

    Hi guys. I obviously need some help. Well, I want to make some sick ass rez mods for CA. I have alot of cool ideas. But I'm an absolute noob to photoshop and don't know all the tools that well. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! (Yes I will push your thanks button)
