    just as in the topic when I want to log gives me this message, I use proxycap changed the proxy login page, login instead handed meil and the same?

    Most likely because you are using a patched version of proxycap.

    If you are able to log into their forums (which you can do from any location), you are not banned.

    Just use a working version of Proxy cap, or pay for a VPN ....
