PLZ help me With PUB HACK

I need help I did every thing correctly and i can get into the game without any error but when im at the login screen it doesnt say anything at the bottom of the screen and when i press delete it dont do anything so what do i do to fix this plz help me.

i found the icon but it was rogers yahoo norton and is it supposed to be norton protection center?

ok i closed the rogers yahoo norton thing and i dunno if it will work cause in the norton protection center i don't know how to disable it from there

click norton in your tray, click Norton Internet Security tab, then click settings, click personal firewall and click turn off..

well that's how mine works at least i'm on vista

ok dont listing to any of these people i had this problem on the first pub hack that was relesed all u gota do is disable your anti virus!!! after that run the hak blah blah blah and if u dont see the link try it again and the link logo thingy should be there.
