Can someone tell me how to hack this game?

it's called VFK (Virtual Family Kingdom)
It's an online world, I want to know if there are any cheats for it.
I've seen people make themselves have a staff member's name, the red circle around their speech bubbles (indicating that they are staff).
I'm not sure how to do this, though.
Can someone help me?

I know the video you're talking about. It's the one that gets you rare items, but if i'm not mistaken, the program is a phisher. I tried it on an account i made and it didn't work.
