earphones. headphones would be more for if you're a sound technician / DJ / music producer what not.

for earphones, just get any brand name below $50 and above $15 if you plan on using it everywhere or even quick plugins to like your laptop or computer / speakers


Apple's default earphones get the job done.... or klipsch earphones i think.

If you have a decent pair of earphones already then headphones for home use.
Pretty much what Jab said though. It's more convenient to buy earphones since you'll be able to use them anywhere easily.

idk my current headphones are cheap and make scratchy sounds when they play loud things, kinda miss my old black headphones which only costed 30 dollars from a discount they had a mic but i now have an integrated mic

i also used to have white headphones with a remote attached to it, stole them from a friend, idk dont even know what company theyre from but they were common.

It all depends on what you're gonna do with them... I like the Earphones better than the Headphones... A nice pair of iLuv Earphones would do the trick...

i sorta like both, headphones are more comfortable and earphones are more convenient but i prefer sound quality then convenience
