    FRAPS / BC /..

    Without fraps i run AVA on 100FPS (av.).

    When I turn fraps on (half, 30FPS) it reduces my FPS to 20 and I FUCKING lag.

    So, should I:
    - More fps
    - Less fps
    - Full screen or w/e it's called

    @Alen
    @Moto
    @ all you

    Full screen = recording 4x more, and there's no point in reducing / raising the amount of fps if you can barely get 20. Simply put: get a better PC or lower the resolution. A lot.

    I'm playing on 800x6h

    But, I've heard somewhere that you need to "hit" the right fps to record with.

    SO, its no difference if i record on 10FPS or 100FPS (except quality)?

    The FPS matter, I prefer recording at about 60 fps and then properly rendering that at 24, it makes for much smoother gameplay than recording directly at 24.

    The human eyeball can see more than 30 fps, don't let anyone joke, the threshold for seeing something as fluid motion begins in the 24-30 fps range.
