    Arrow Need To Update My Hacks? (but I don't)

    When I run combat arms with the MPGH Pub it continually says I need to update the hacks, but I don't, I have the latest version.
    And when I re-download, it doesn't show up as .rar file, it shows up as zip even though I download the .rar, also it says there are no files to extract.
    It worked yesterday, WTH CHANGED!?
