My main CA account got banned and I didn't even hack on it

Anybody have suggestions to suck-up to Nexon? The message at log-in was like "This account is in violation of the Terms of Use and has been suspended" or something like that and then my profile says I've been Dishonorably Discharged (Perm ban?! )

I seriously don't hack on my main (did use chams, no recoil/no spread a few months back) so I'm just hoping they un-ban me and give me back my perms
