Afaik no, they can't unless they pick up the process itself. As long as the crosshair program is unique and uniquely named I doubt they'll pick it up. That's at least how it used to be, I dunno if they changed anything since I never use external crosshairs any more

1) lick your finger
2) place the finger in the middle of your screen
3) cut a 1mm x 1mm piece of paper
4) stick it to the middle of your screen

^ fully undetected + makes the aug one of the best weapons in the game. Aug = beast accuracy w/ bursting, kinda high damage and not a bad fire rate. And if you have a AWM recoil = amazing overkill.
