Buying CPT +

Hello there gentlemen I am looking for a decent CPT For CA, and version is NA.
Criteria - CPT +
- Legit and CBL clean, (Never hacked on it, I dont wanna get banned next day, or get called hacker everywhere)
- Permanent guns, and overload of nx things in inbox or inventory, NOT Necessary! Preferably empty account, only with basic permanents like anniversary things, if theres overload of NX stuff PM me we will negotiate the price.
- (If you have major2) Permanent Elite, would be GREAT!
- A good amount of GP
- Full information, last name, birthday, email, security questions and etc...
- Not in a clan, ( I will leave anyway, its just gonna make it easier, not that important)
Payment Option: unfortunately I can only pay with NX, price you offer has to be reasonable, and fair. and don't waste my time by making dumb comments, or offering anything without reading!
Also price is negotiable
