    Tips for getting to sleep?

    was drinking V now i cant fkin sleep grrrr

    any ideas ?
    already tried:
    -herbal tea
    -milk
    -sleeping somewhere else in the house.

    I dont believe in medicine or going to a doctor just had 1 can troo many.
