Change menu start-up key

Is there a way to change the button that starts up a hack menu? what i mean is, when you inject and combat arms starts, you have to press "Insert" (for most hacks) to turn on/off the menu. I have a really good hack, but i like playing in windowed mode. 1 of the hacks i have has windowed mode, but doesnt have the hacks i want, where the other 1 has awesome hacks, but no windowed mode.

is there a way that i can change the hack with windowed mode, so that the menu turns on/off when i press "delete" or some other key?

If you spam insert enough you might get the menus to open opposite each other
