Been Looking around and can't seem to find a guide on sharpshooter, anyone have any link or idea on skill? my skill now are like 70% archer and 30% sharpshooter.

I would just make my own build.. Basicaly if you wanna be Artillery you get the Ulti on the magic side. If you wanna be Sniper get the other ulti. =x I have a build for artillery too lazy to post.

Reading a lot of topic other ppl post. i'm kinda confuse in a way. a Bow is all about CRT. but a lot of ppl don't like upgrading "Owl’s Insight" isn't higher chance of crt in PvP is good too. i play bow before and main damage are CRT. y dont' ppl want to upgrade this skill? someone explain please.

When your higher level your equipment and agi gives you all the critical boost you need thus making the Owl skill useless

the reason you don't want to be leveling this skill is that higher levels of the skill dont increase the duration or decrease the cooldown, and from what i've heard at higher levels you practically already have 100% crit so the gains would be maginal.

for leveling or lower levels, definately take it, if you can get a reset scroll for later levels to redo your skills, because it will make killing things faster at lower levels.
