No one can help you. Only you can help yourself. Look at montages and look at how they snipe. Practice, practice, practice. You will also have to adjust your sensitivity to be able to do all those fancy shit people do.

I use to youtube it, and I was getting better until I quitted for a while...
You could hire someone for private tutoring, but I wouldn't suggest that unless you got money or something.
Try Youtubing, I found some guides on there that helped me.

When you shoot, try to stand still.
When you quick scope, try to have the enemy as close to the middle of where the crosshair .

Start using your Sniper more.
Get a few accolades, gain confidence.
When you feel ready, join Sniper Only OMA Junk.
If you're doing bad, go back to Elim and keep going.
Look on Youtube [Montages, Reviews], for inspiration / something to get you going.
You'll get there mate!
