how to play minecraft at 2x speed or faster?

so i building something huge and its taking forever so is there a way to play minecraft at like 2x or 4x speeds? like cheat engine has a thing were it can speed up any game it doesn't work with minecraft, im guessing because it uses java and cheat engine isn't made for java.. so any help?

i have that, but all i know it that it can increase walking speed, i mean like everything in in 2x speed, like i change the reach distance to like 50 or 100 and i just go to one end and hold the right mouse button to place blocks.

well never mind i found a mod called fast build 1.3 and it helps and speeds things up a lot faster.
