It's 2nd time that i get banned when i ALMOST get my 1337 ban i don't beg for minion i just want to hear the people diceisions that's all i hate to get banned i even will get 1337 ban

No, you were begging for it. I always see you posting threads about "I think I should be minion...", etc. That easily shows, that your hungry for minion, which shouldn't be a habit. As you keep making constant threads, too, people also get the idea that you are begging for minion, even though in your mind you call it "opinion asking."
If you feel you want it, when an applications comes for a certain section, go and try it out if its relevant to your interest.
