hi Guys i have Windows 7 32 bit professional i downloaded and installed Netframework 4.0 and still get this error That Asks Me To Download Net Framework 4.0 and i already have it please help me I Cant Hack

Do you have the correct version? Try checking the x86 and x64 suffixes and see if they match with your system.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributal, do you have it installed?
For what Jigsaw said, since you have 32bit, use a 86bit .NET Framework 4. If you got 64bit, uninstall it and install the 86bit version.

And Cheek Your System Bit 32 or 64 or 86
And Setup Too

And your problem will be solved

Doesn't exists any system with 86Bits, the 64Bits is the maximum.
