$1 per server, wheres it located, maximum bandwidth, speed? You'll probably go over the bandwidth because it's something like 1gb per hour for hosting it.

With a full 32 player game, AoS, like @Wolf said uses 1GB bandwidth per hour.

You get to choose a location, and each location has its own internet . So I think its pretty fast. The Minimum of slots is 16, maximum is 32. So I would think that a good choice is 32. So 32 bucks per month, but we also need money for the upcoming months too.

Well I will buy what we need next month, I will see how things go and then at the end of this month we will have a discussion.

We will evaluate, predict and calculate how much we will need and I want some people who actually know what they are talking about.

Theres kinda better places in the outskirts of the US, so maybe, if we can find a place that the ping would be good in the US, and were you guys live, it would be great, oh, and changing locations of your server is free. I live in that part of Canada that kinda 'fucks' the US.
