That's what I mean by "they usually don't work." I'm afraid there are no other (free) options to unban yourself, so you're better off buying the game or find another FPS game to torrent.

I'm afraid Alteriw bans people using something called an XUID address. The XUID address, by my limited knowledge, acts sort of like an IP address, but it is far-harder to change. Therefore, many people who got banned stay that way. There ARE third-party programs to generate a "fake" XUID address to trick the alteriw client, but most of the time it doesn't work.
