Anyone else experiencing ULTRA HARDCORE LAGS (e.g NPC window opens 5 sec later or chat msg comes 10 sec later)?

very laggy. it started right at the moment we face minotaurus's nest boss and PVP was the worst.

Funny, you say that NA DN's maintenance just now began, tho I didn't experience hardly that much lag today on the server. I'm guessing SEA is just having issues. D:
