This should get a sticky:

C&C means criticism and comment most other graphics forums always do this make it your skills grow. when someone posts a piece of work dont just say "good job" or "8.5/10" if you rated it under a ten then tell why you didnt give it a ten. If you rate it a 10 then tell them what they did well. For example ill post a picture and do what everyone should do anytime they write on a thread.

Who made this? (I know and if you did dont give it away ) take a guess...

Example:

Comment: The comment should be something like this "It looks nice but it looks a little gray and too under contrasted. the light flare doesnt really fit where it is, try putting it on the edge of the gun or reflecting off the armor. 6/10"

When this happens to you dont get pissed off at the score, listen to what they said especially if you like they work that they do, they are trying to help you.

ALWAYS DO THIS, even to people who say "first sig ever" dont baby them, dont tell them "good for you're first sig", tell them what is wrong with it and why rate it like it was myself or Imnoobzz that made it.

This helps everyone get better and brings the community of the graphics forum closer.
