Mm, now bassaddict, if you want to blend stuff like that, the first place to start is at the tutorials. :0 As long as you have a basic understanding of the tools (how to crop, how to apply adjustment layers, customize brushes) you can experiment on your own. (see what the different layer blending modes do) Then all you need to pay attention to is lighting. First thing to do is to determine the light source (which direction are the objects lit, where are the shadows pointing?), then to make it blend in with surroundings, take color swatches nearby and apply them to your render/picture. keep in mind that different environments behave differently. Water has a reflective quality, so wet parts of the body will also reflect a lot of light. It all just comes down to an understanding of color really. @_@ Now go play around and have fun. ;3;
