Anyways, fecher, if you want to expand, which way do you want to go?(Supersize me 8D) What's the next step for you? Is it studying color theory? Do you want to be able to digi paint in the future? Maybe you want to try animation? A lot of people on this forum learned how to gfx on their own, just from tuts and a lot of experimenting. Digi paint, or graphic design isn't any different(well actually, graphic design targets a more commercial based field. x_x And at times you'll have to look pretty hard for resources). However, there are lots of resources available (both online and offline), although unfortunately, we don't have too many experts in the field over here. (Maybe john han-cock) You can look for books at your local library, buy some off amazon, google some tutorials, if you want tips and advice we could ask around for you. The first step is asking yourself how far you want to go. Is this a hobby for you? Do you want to spend a lot of time doing this? Whatever your ambitions are, you don't have to rush anything. We certainly don't want to lead you up the wrong tree if you're not into it. I guess just do like bruce lee said. Absorb what is useful and reject what is useless(from the forums). ;3;

True..seems the really good people that have been posting have been either doing LP'S
or photography too. There are still good taggers there for sure, but they really don't post shit as frequently as they did like 1--2 years ago..
