Hey i got the game from a friend he got the game from germany and he gave the account to me xD
When i started the game it gave me a localization error then i used the black ops germany to english thread it worked but when i start it say's "connecting ,fetching stats,then platform_ban" but the VAC is in a good status and the game works at him :\

The game is region locked, so if you are not in Germany, it wont work.

trace your ip and look in what ip your country is if it's outside of germany you are screwed

Ok i translated better but now it says This account has been permanently banned on playing Call of Duty Black Ops servers but the fucking VAC STATUS IS GOOD WTF

If the problem is because of your region you should use a german proxy. But it sounds like you are banned
