uhm lower the resolution?
and if your pc lags on cod4 and mw2 on lowest settings it must be an old pc? :O
I'm not running on the best of pcs... But I played COD4 and @Moto had a post showing how to get more FPS in cod4, and it worked brilliantly. Was just wondering if there was something like that for MW2... Cause all my settings are pretty low, and yet I still get a tiny bit of lag while getting close to someone and shooting...

I love it when people keep their agreements /sarcasm ftw
Yeah, I have the same thing for MW2.

Well it kinda sorta lags... enough for it to ruin gameplay... I hope this works @Moto, i'll test it right now.
Moved to Help.
And Moto, u no staff no more, which means that you have to start posting by the rules too.
It sounds like you definitely aren't running the a good PC... I got the currently best AMD processor and my graphics card is around 1/5 of the current best one. And i can record and play BO at full quality with all the settings highest possible. So you are not running one of the best PC's.
The best solution is for sure to get some new hardware. And if you can't afford that you should just lover your settings. You can't boost your FPS if it is lagging. There is a reason the FPS isn't higher than it is.
The lines in my Steam are i's
I think you should lower the resolution and use Gamebooster
@Heartview Thanks for the move
I think the thing Moto had posted actually helped it... I think, but I will try Gamebooster again, never really had luck with it in the past
If you turn down everything and it still lags then there's nothing else to do besides upgrade your hardware.
it is just your pc you know
if you have a good pc it will not lag even if you have a low fps it only doesn't play smooth and when you pc sucks it will lag even on 20 - 30 fps

Lower texture quality, resolution. Gamebooster, Ccleaner, and Advanced System Care all make your system faster too.
