My Combat Arms Keeps Glitching.

It's really messed up sometimes, I have no lagg, and it loads perfectly, but my problem is glitches.
When I've played around 5 games, my Combat Arms graphics keeps glitching. People running around look really weird, some people are flat and look like blobs, some people look like they have a massive glass stabbed through them, etc.
Sometimes my weapons get glitched as well. I can't use certain weapons sometimes as when I wield it, my combat arms screen glitches up and just goes smudgy and it just looks like all the colours of the game are smudged together all over the screen, but when I switch back to a different weapon, it goes normal again.
Anyone know solutions or what it is?

thats super messed lol deffinalty reinstall the game some files could be glitchy
