GOD, do I REALLY need to repeat myself. First off, it is perfectly safe if you use it properly. Second, it is NOT chemically addictive. 3rd, you won't die from it unless you are a dumbass, and OD, thus returning me to point 1.

All it does is overstimulate the production of Serotonin, the "happy" hormone. It takes your body approximately 1 month to level out completely. Don't take it often or you risk depleting your serotonin levels to the point where they will never reach equilibrium ever again. Can you die from it? Only if you are a dumbass and OD.

Well, if the thread was about whether or not she should do it, then yeah that's a semi-valid argument, but we've already deduced she was going to do it regardless. So, it would be better for us to advise her on a "safe" method.


And no, it's not "really likely". What I've noticed about doing X (havn't done it since I was 15) is that 1st timers generally feel overwhelmed the 1st time, and tend to shy away from doing a lot of it.

Don't OD, and do simple things like hydration, cooling down, taking a breather no
matter how good you feel. Don't take more once your buzz starts to wear off, you're basically just wasting pills, and coming closer to taking too much. There's no real reason to OD on MDMA unless you're being careless.
