It's like a proxy, but it doesn't only apply to the Internet browser.
You still need to make an account with a KSSN though.

@IchigoBleach This wouldn't be possible because even I am no longer able to just make a Korean game account myself. You now need a korean cellular device just to confirm that you are korean besides the fact that you also need a Korean name that matches the KSSN you have. Also, using someone else's KSSN without the permission of that person is illegal too.

One last thing. I don't think you need a changed IP because I've been playing fine up til now with mine and not changing the IP. But it hasn't been working these days. So I don't know much yet.

I just noticed why they are so strict lmao. North Korea and SOuth Korea duhhh D: kinda dumb if you ask me.
