Time to Clean Up

We have 10000 members and 40000 posts. Thats an average 4 posts per member There must be about 9000 inactive users or ones that posted once or twice then left, so shouldnt we clean up and ban inactive users? we might even get some spies in the process

it wud be better to have 100 members and no leaked hacks than 10000 members and hacks that work for a day. Think about it, hacks that keep working, more than once! Takes a month for admins to catch the hack, wudnt that b fun? o wait, but then all of the noobs and forgotten accounts wudnt b able to sit around. nm.
