Missing iw_xx.iwd files

I'm missing lots of iw_00.iwd to iw_31.iwd files. I've been looking here viewtopic.php?f=30&t=57230 on the alterIWnet forums and that has all the files I need to download. But because I'm missing a lot of those files I want to know if there is a place where I can download them all at once. I've already tried on alterIWnet but nobody is helping, so maybe one of you can.

Just re-download the game again. Not gonna upload 4 gigs of files for you.

• Right click the game in your Steam Library
• Go to Properties
• Go to the Local Files tab
• Press verify integrity of game cache

That will check for missing files and if you miss any it will download them.

It doesn't really matter how they went missing, but they did. Just reinstall the game, but if you're on Steam you can do Nacho's method and that will work as fine.

Just download the gmae from aIw's website then. The biggest part of the game is the iwd files.

Give us some recent notable stuff you've done and we could diagnose why they 'disappeared'.

Check your recycle bin. Things usually randomly end up in there.

Seeing as how he hasn't responded, my final response is reinstall the game. Those are HUGE files, you should just reinstall clean.
