Then we were doing half and half.

bla bla blah. I ended up asking for a refund.
Waited 20 minutes or so for him to refund it, nothing.
Made a claim on paypal.

Not saying he scammed me, but he just took his time. Like damn, it only takes under 30 seconds to refund someones money.
