Features:

NX Chams: Lets you see enemies through walls
No Spread & No Recoil: Allows you to shoot your gun without it moving. Your bullets also fly straight where the crosshair is shooting. (Works with Shotgun and Sniper Sway + Spread)
xHair & oHair: Shows a crosshair or a circlehair
No fog: Disables fog. (useful for Snow Valley)
Fly: Allows you to fly (press space)
Activation: Allows you to pickup weapons, activate doors from far away. and pickup SuperSoldier boxes.
Radar: Shows you the positions of the enemies and team on a Radar.

Hotkeys:

Insert = Open/Close Menu
Space = Fly (Press jump, then press alt to fly up. it is controlable tehe)

widows xp 32 using Perx game loads then it minimizes and the youtube thing pops up I exit it try to restore combat arms and game closes so yea any help, or is it just detected, or is perx failing?

It can't be patched when there hasn't been a patch since its release.

Agreed it's still working for some, it just depends on your PC, that troll.jpg hack is still working for some and it says it's patched. So like I said it just depends on the type of PC you have.
