They made Multieclients not warking with CF-NA
I dont know if there is any solution on that but it's something like "patched"

1. Not sure if they are patched. You should check out the thread and see if people can still use them. They could be patched because of the recent update.

2. Depends on what multi client your specifically talking about. But, yeah, for most multi clients released, they are either for NA or EU, which right now are the common types of versions of crossfire talked about around here.

Actually the multiclient for Eu should work, but the client for NA got patched.

Yeah, that is true. CF EU has not patched anything, so it should probably work. Unlike CF NA, though, that had a patch today which basically patched a lot of hacks and multi tools.
