Can I post leeched hacks?

Am I allowed to post leeched hacks if they aren't on the website? Just wondering since I have seen a hack that works and I was wondering if I could post on MPGH, since it doesn't have it.

Yes you can, but you have to make sure to include full credits and that it has no advertisements whatsoever, posting leeched hacks not following these rules may result in a ban.

If they are packed and you cannot provide an unpacked version,no.
If you give credits and the hack does not contain anything but the hack,yes.
