AMAZING HACK!! How?

Well I was playing combat arms this weekend and something amazing happened when I was playing one man army. As we all know OMA is the game where there is lots of hackers that can't be kicked. I saw this one guy who is MAJOR GENERAL (two stars) he is a high rank. But he was hacking!! I know that is normal cause ca is filled with hackers. But the guy looked like a zombie!! I was playing OMA junk flea sniper only and the guy had a sniper and HE WAS A ZOMBIE!! He was shooting and killing with sniper and he was a zombie. I shot him about 5 times and it didn't kill him. He had 10 kills 0 deaths and the game ended. Everyone was calling him a hacker. I was just wondering if that's a real hack, it might be like god mod or something (i know it's patched) But it was just amazing how he was a zombie in bravo server using a sniper. And I NEVER NEVER EVER lagged in my new pc 100% it's not lag cause other people notice it too. What do you think? Is it VIP hack? Is it god mod? Have you heard of that hack before? Sorry I forgot his name and I didn't take screenshots.
