HGW stuck at step 4 W[2003] L[0]
I have HGW stuck at step 4 and also an error W[2003] L[0].Can somebody help me?

If the error still happens after the servers are back up, disable your anti virus and add crossfire as an exception to your anti virus.

yup. only time you will get this error is while Xtrap is being updated. when Xtrap is done, they might still be updating the game itself causing login screen to say "disconnected from server"
