You only need to wait , you can't do anything else.

If you were banned because of "hacking" and you didn't hack. Your log files for CF has been scanned by G4Box/Z8games and has detected that you did or tried injecting something in with the client. If you did not do so, they also could've detected a hack file placed on your computer, including or excluding the recycling bin. If you inject something like a hack, it will be registered in a Log File located in a temp folder that a Tech can associate with. If you indeed did not hack at all or downloaded any hack files onto your computer, associate with Z8Games by submitting a ticket and wait within' 24/48hours for a reply back. If you are redeemed of this suspicion and they say it was a mistake, they may be liable on giving you back your Honorable Ribbon, IF and ONLY IF, this was your first "offense" of getting banned. Since you got banned 7 days, it would most likely assume that this isn't your first attempt. As of;

First Offense : 15minutes to 1 Hour Account block.
Second Offense : 3-Day Account Block.
Third Offense : 7-Day Account Block.
Fourth Offense : Unknown.(Sorry).
Fifth Offense : Account banned PLUS Blocked IP-Address(Very easy to bypass).

The SS you provided shows that you got a 7-Day Account Block, showing that you got a Third Offense punishment. So, you probably won't be getting that Honorable Ribbon back. GG.
