Those two are shit cards.
If you want good card you need a power supply unit that provides two PCiE 12v power rails.

You need those 12v power rail for those.

u dont need a 12v rail for a gt 430 it does get conected to the power supply jus the mother baord

Any ATI Radeon series with +256MB Graphic Ram is more than enough to Support CA.

i would personally recommend nivida for 3d stuff.

choose nivida with 512 or 256 or 1gb or 2gb any of these and up will support CA.

nivida supports 3d games this is better than flameswor10's.
