So I drove a manual for the first time..

What a fucking mission that was.. Stalled it twice at the lights on the way to a party and I was panicking to try and get it going again. Managed to almost crash it because I forgot it rolls forward when you stop >_> Eventually I figured it out, with the help of the 3 others in the car screaming at me whenever I did something wrong.

Driving a manual for only the second time with a hangover and an hours sleep the next morning is not fun either.

Honestly its not hard at all, you just need to sit in a lot for a bit and learn clutch control, roll the clutch in and out and figure out where the car bites. Once you got that down its super easy.

Fuck yeah, automatic. Much more practical for those of us who don't give a shit about transmissions.

It's only because that's the only car I had at home, my parents took both their cars and I couldn't borrow anyone elses on such short notice.

And yeah, I just need to practice some more and I should be good, once I actually got going and was on open road it was easy.

Europeans use mostly manual. It's more fun to toy with, and gets slightly better mileage.

You're a fucking moron, to get a complete driving experience you should opt for a manual, not an automatic. You get a sense of control with a manual that you can't ever experience with an automatic, even sequential manual shifters.
